Processo tecnologico
Il processo tecnologico per la produzione di sacchetti in polietilene consiste nelle seguenti transizioni:
· produzione di film tubolare in polietilene. Entrambi ad alta pressione (LDPE) e polietilene a bassa pressione (LDPE) vengono utilizzati come materie prime. Se il prodotto finale è una borsa per magliette, quindi a questo punto la manica della pellicola viene piegata. Se è necessario applicare un disegno al prodotto, la manica è pre-coronaizzata;
· stampa(se necessario). Il disegno viene applicato sulla borsa tramite flessografia;
· tagliare una manica di pellicola e contemporaneamente formare il fondo della busta.Le buste tipo “T-shirt” richiedono un'operazione in più – la formazione di due cordoni di saldatura sul lato “maniglia”.. La manica con il motivo stampato viene tagliata utilizzando una speciale fotocellula che determina la posizione della stampa;
· tagliando la gola del pacco(l'operazione viene eseguita nella produzione di “T-shirt” o borse con manici ritagliati).

Poiché la produzione di sacchetti di plastica è un processo continuo, è consigliabile utilizzare linee automatiche per la loro produzione. Sono dotati dei seguenti moduli:
· estrusore: serve per la lavorazione di materie prime in polietilene fornite sotto forma di granuli e per formare una manica o una pellicola di tipo aperto;
