Technological process

The technological process for manufacturing polyethylene bags consists of the following transitions:

· production of polyethylene tubular film. Both high-pressure (LDPE) and low-pressure polyethylene (LDPE) are used as raw materials. If the final product is a T-shirt bag, then at this stage the film sleeve is folded. If it is necessary to apply a design to the product, the sleeve is pre-coronaized;

· printing(if necessary). The design is applied to the bag using flexography;

· cutting a film sleeve while simultaneously forming the bottom of the bag.“T-shirt” type bags require one more operation – the formation of two welded seams on the “handle” side. The sleeve with the printed pattern is cut using a special photocell that determines the location of the print;

· cutting out the throat of the package(the operation is performed in the production of “T-shirts” or bags with cut-out handles).
